Dr. Burton M. Waxman is a native of Washington, DC, and Montgomery County, Maryland. Dr. Waxman received his undergraduate degree from Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts. He then went on to Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland Dental School. Dr. Waxman has been practicing as an endodontist for over 30 years in Howard County, Maryland.
